That HRA's Stallion Levy (Tax) is well and truly back on the agenda! Never one to give up on a bad idea, this direct tax on breeders has been off at 'marketing' [their polish-a-turd department] so it could be re-released (on October 29) in a glossy new suit entitled "Advance Australia" Concept Paper.
